5'S, Tool for improvement and LEAN

5's system is an improvement strategy.
5's is combination of 5 different japanese words.

1. Seiri - Sorting          
2. Seiton - Set in Order
3. Seiso - Shine
4. Seiketsu - Standardize 
5. Shitsuke - Sustain

1S- Sort (sorting out un-necessary items  from work place)
2S- Set in order (organize all items in order at work place)
3S- Shine (Cleaning the work place)
4S- Standardize (Standardize the above practice in regular work
5S- Sustain (sustain the above 4S by taking it into Management system.
